Can anyone tell me exactly the paper work that will be needed to for my
kids from their father to be approved for the K2. If its just a simple
letter notorized or a written agreement through our laywers to take my
children from Can. to the USA ? Thank you. CG

Just an added note to that, we are changing our agreement to state i
have sole custody and that i can live anywhere in the world with the
children. CG

If you have sole physical and legal custody then I don't see a problem
so long as you can prove it.

But, I recommend that you talk to a Canadian lawyer assuming the
Canadian courts have jurisdiction over the dissolution of the marriage.
