I am from Pakistan. My Fiancé has filed an I-129F petition through his lawyer from Vermont as he is in NJ. The lawyer has said that it will only take one month for me to get a K-1 Visa from Pakistan. Is it true?? Please tell me how much time it takes to get a visa after I-129F’s approval? I tried to find information regarding K-1 from Pakistan but there is nothing there. Please help.

yes,..you probably do,.. they have a new "post-interview" security check
that I need more information about also,..
the woman who replied to you before is talking about the way things were
before 9/11/2001,..
there is a HUGE difference now,..
I have done this before,..( k-1),.. first time was 10 years ago,..FAST,..
now am doing it again,.. fully approved(she has even completed the consulate
interview/medical/EVERYTHING),. but my fiancee is being subjected to the new
security checks,.. and I have no real information on the timeline,..
She is Estonian going through the embassy in Helsinki,Finland,..
any info you hear about the wait would be appreciated,..

Ho farah Iam ayesha and iam from Pakistan too.My fiancee has filed a similar fiancee visa for me and its more than 5 months and iams till waiting . i dont know abt post interview FBI clearance i think they dont really bother woman, but there are chances it might happen.what u can do is that u can check the processing time following site

ur lucky that vermont centre is known for its speedy processes iam expecting kindness from Texas.
In the mean time u just chill and collect ur birth certificare and a police certificate. dont expect anything from islambads website it has no use .u can email me at [email protected]
