K-1 Medical And Interview Query
My three daughters were listed on the I-129F petition and as two are unmarried and under 21 they are included on my letter from the London US Embassy. They are not going to be travelling with me and there are no plans for them to follow at a later date. I understand that I am required to take their birth certificates with me to my interview but do they have to attend? Also, when booking my medical today I was asked how many would be attending. I stated it would be just myself but mentioned that two dependents are named on the letter. The lady I spoke to said that children must accompany the adult at the same time.
Can anyone please confirm what the requirements are here? I messaged the Embassy but have had no reply. My medical is on June 20th and I would need to attain ACRO police reports for both as well as sorting out all medical/vaccination records. Thank you.

Re: K-1 Medical And Interview Query
I have asked that your thread be transferred to the proper forum which is the US Marriage-based Visa Forum.
I'm assuming your daughters' names were inserted in an inappropriate section which is why the US Embassy feels they want K-2 visas. Since the 'children' are not applying for a K-2 and probably not in your custody, I would attend the medical on my own.
They do not need police clearance or medical history summaries since, again, they are not applying for K-2s.

If the children are not immigrating to the USA, they don't need to attend the medical exam and don't need to attend a visa interview.

Thank you both for your help. My apologies for putting it in the wrong section.
