Just got married to Philipina
Just got married, my wife is from the philipines and her visa expired
back in May. She is here on a B1 and also still has her I-94. Could
someone give me a little advise on what steps I need to go through to
make her a permenent resident. Maybe what paper work needs to be
filled out and if there is any order in which the paper work needs to
be filled out.
Also we are wanting to travel to Las Vegas by plane will there be any
problems with her going?? Thanks for the help....
