Just called NSC
1st NOA 10.3.2002. They said it want to an officer on the 8th and will take 3-4 weeks for approval. Is this correct, or can it be shorter from the time an officer receives it from your experiences?

Last time someone told me that their petition made it to someones desk it was approved the next day.

Yeah, they said it got on an officer's desk on saturday, the 8th
