Regarding Joint Sponsor, I have read that the below information
regarding the responsibilities of the Joint Sponsor and what would
happen if my Spouse were ever to collect means-tested federal
benefits:

"IF the intending immigrant ever did collect means-tested federal
benefits which fell under this affidavit, the PRIMARY sponsor (US
citizen spouse) would be the FIRST person the government would contact
regarding collection of the amount of benefits, and the co-sponsor
would only be contacted if the primary sponsor could not meet the
monetary requirements".

Does anybody have any link directing me to any legal documents that
state this type of reference. I need to guarantee my Joint Sponsor
that he/ she/ they will not be the FIRST person the governenment would
contact, and that *I* the Primary Sponsor hold most of the liability
for my Spouse.
