Jesus, At Last Vermont !!!!!!!!!
Well yesterday my fiancee's Congress man phoned Vermont to see if he could get a handle on what was happening with the I-129f. He rang and said a supervisor had said it would be in the hands of an Adjudicator and to check in 2 weeks.
Now Today i just fired up the old INS Status online and BINGO!!!! its approved. Now I want to know why, after entering the case number into the INS staus box several times a day without a mistake for months, do you suddenly assume you typed in the wrong number and check it several times to make sure.
Anyway its over, that bit is closed now, and i want to say a BIG thank you to all who have offered support over the last few months.

)You're in the home stretch now -- wouldn't it be cool if you and Mark had your interviews on the same day?? We didn't open a provisional file, though, so not sure how long it will be before he gets his interview date... Anyway, that's terrific news and I'll be looking for future updates from you!!

Sorry I had to laugh, as I to kept thinking I have put in the wrong number. Ater 6 times I gave up and waited for my other half to come home, note it's a 6 hour time difference form uk to texas
So I was on edge all the time till he told me it's not a mistake ..
I know what a great feeling it is to see it though, am very pleased for you both

Yaaaaaaaaayyyyyy, Rob!!!!!!! I know this has been a royal pain in the ass for you, but FINALLY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Yippeeeee!!!
BTW, I DID type in the wrong number back in the early days, got the wrong case, and that one HAD been approved. I phoned Corey in a state of euphoria, and then I had to tell him it wasn't our case after all!

In my excitement I posted incorrect dates.
My applications were October not September the 10th month not the 9th.
Jenney, post as soon as you know your date, it would be so funny if Mark and I had the same interview dates. I have opened a provisional file so after e mailing them I hope to hear soon, My Iv15 is already in.

This is great and I am truely happy for you!
At least you kept a good sense of humor about all this.
After almost 4 month with Vermont, I think I am going to loose mine Still no approval for me and I am waiting for my Senator now to help.

That is wonderful news. We opened a provisional file also in London. Our online says approved on Jan 13. I still haven't received the notice, and neither has london. This has been the longest week of the whole process. And then, Monday is a freakin holiday here and at the embassy. I have started to hate weekends. That's sick.
