IV Application Processing Fee. (IR1/CR1)

Hi there, Again.
I have another question.
Now we have completed the DS-261 and paid the Affidavit of support fee which they asked us too. This has all been processed and accepted.
My question relates to the other part (DS-260). The IV fee says PAY NOW on it, however once i click it theres no fee listed and or any option to pay it. Is this because I need to wait longer or is this a fault in the system?
Also, it says that i can complete the DS-260 at anytime and take my time over it etc. But there is no option to even start it. Is this again because the fee hasn't been paid (even though it wont let me)?
Or is this all because they will send a different invoice number through mail which will then allow the fee to be paid?
Sorry for all the questions and being impatient most likely. Just a little confused at the moment.

Although you have paid your previous fees and completed the forms, they are not classed as processed yet, when they are processed the PAY NOW button/link will work and allow you to start the next process, it only takes a couple of days to happen
Its a bit rubbish and gives you the impression it isn't working!

Turns out i was impatient. It updated a few days later and an email was sent confirming this.
