girlfriend is italian-american citizen we both live in italy, and we're going to live

my question is: can i obtain the US citizenship even if i still live here in italy?
what am I supposed to to to obtain it? any particular procedure?

No. To become a US citizen requires some period of continuous residence in the US.
This is 3 years if married to a US citizen I believe and 5 years if not.

Get a visa for the US, move there and, after the proper time has passed, apply for
naturalization. You cannot become a US citizen just by marrying one.
see the links from this page, especially under the first one
