Default IR1 Visa Interview Finally Booked!!

So after nearly two years of waiting I finally booked my interview this morning with the London Embassy for 11th October.

I know people say not to book a flight until you have the passport in hand, however I was looking to book a flexible ticket that can be changed up to 30 minutes before departure and is refundable... I was looking to book the flight for Sunday 21st October so 10 calendar days after my interview... Do you think this will be enough time?

I could see the 10 day difference going both ways. I'd give it a 50/50 shot.

Good luck!

Great news! If the flight is fully changeable I would book it and change it if necessary. As your proposed flight is on a Sunday you will know by the end of the Friday if you are going to have your passport, visa and big white envelope in time for it.
