ok another question about what's coming.....
I've gathered everything I can, together in a folder. When you're called to the first window to hand over your documents and copies, is that when you will be asked to show proof of finances and intent to re-establish domicile evidence? Or does that come later?
I'm just wondering when those two issues will arise, because the financial one will probably be the toughie

I've written a brief summary of how much money there is and where it's been.
I guess I can hand that over to the clerk too, but it would be me offering it rather than the clerk asking for it perhaps? I don't know how many people write such a summary....

If you want it to be taken into account do not treat it as an independent document, make it an integral part of the I-864 package.

The I-864 requires supporting documents, including in your case documentation of the cash assets. How are you attaching that?
Yes, you could - should - make a notation in an appropriate place on the I-864 to 'See Attachment X'.

Had I not done so, I doubt the interview would go smoothly
