INS and stamp for CR-1
Well, today we went to INS in Salinas, CA. This time we got Mr. Super Agent or
whatever they call them. Appointment was at 3:45 and since we had not arrived by
3:46, they were packing to go home. So, my wife showed them the 1 year extension
letter for removal of conditions. The "nice" man gave her a stamp for 6 months,
refusing to give more. Obviously, he wants to see us again in 6 months because CSC
doesn't process a I-751 in under 6 month. My coworker got one in the fall after
nearly 17 months.
