$485 for I-485, etc.?
So it's looking like AOS from K-1 will be about $485 in filing fees (including EAD &
AP)...right?

That's correct if the local office doesn't require fingerprinting of K-1 based
applications. Some offices do (don't ask me why there's the discrepency, I think the
offices that require it are wrong). That would add $50 to the figure. Obviously you
might end up renewing the EAD and AP documents.
