Can anyone tell me what happens during the processing of an I-129 petition? Do
they investigate the person petitioning? I want to know why is it it takes so
long? What, specifically, are they doing with the application? I understand
that they have a long line of applications, but after they reach that
particular application, what is it that they do with it? I know this sounds
naive, but inquiring minds want to know.
