Does anyone have a reading list for (I believe it is K3 visas), the visa which
I would need if I were to go to the foreign country and marry there. Also, I
am currently applying for a K1 visa, but my circumstances have changed (refer
to thread, Baby PROBLEMS!!!). Someone suggested that I may be able to marry in
Colombia and obtain a marriage visa, is this a possibility even though I have
already applied for the K1 visa and am expecting my NOA2 between July 20th and
Aug 20th.

The visa I was referring to was *NOT* the K-3 visa, but DCF. DCF is MUCH MUCH faster than the I-130 followed by the K-3. It is very likely that you would be able to DCF in Colombia if you stay there for 6 months (as you mentioned in your other thread. In most countries, residency requires a 3 months's stay, but it is country dependent). To inquire whether DCF is possible in Colombia, visit the US embassy's website and give them a call/go visit them before you marry.
