Default Incorrect EAD

I received my EAD from Missouri after 4 months of waiting. I applied through Internet and did the Biometrics at ASC in the New York City. When I received it, all the informations are correct except for the picture. It's not me! So, now am not even sure if the fingerprint is correct too. Why is that CIS is so sloppy on producing this kind of stuff.

I have to sent it back to MSC together with supporting documents and CORRECT pictures of mine. Now, I'm running a chance that I will get a corrected EAD card for another 4 months and by that time, I just have 4 months left on the validity of my EAD. A total waste of 120 bucks!

It was already computerized but still not dependable. Now am wondering if taking pictures and fingerprint at the Airports will solve the problem on terrorism or other illegal immigration. They could still make terrible mistakes by exchanging photographs and fingerprints of people.

I sympathize with you. That is terrible. I also wish you good luck in the future.
