I'm new to all of this.
I'm new to all of this and would like to know if there are any good sites
with tips and tricks pertaining to filing the I-129F or just general
information sites.
For those of you that have done so already...do you recommend an attorney?
or do it yourself?
Thanks

Re: I'm new to all of this.
Angel,
I'd recommend reading the posts on this NG, & these sites have good
information:
http://www.txdirect.net/users/mike38/k1faq.htm
http://k1.exit.com/
http://www.ins.usdoj.gov/graphics/formsfee/index.htm
The info on the NG and these sites will help you make an informed decision
about using an attorney. If there are any criminal issues (crimes of moral
turpitude) or immigration issues (overstays, denial of entry, etc.) I
recommend you consult an attorney. There is a wealth of knowledge to call on
in the NG.
