I130 upgraded and K3 filed
Hello all.. I sent off the I130 upgrade and the K3 app last week.. Nowww lettsss see what happens.. are the dates on the USCIS webiste for K3 preety accurate???? if they are are.. man it is taking a lonngg timeee... well n e ways.. has n e one recently filed a K3 or done upgrades....please share..

I'm afraid that the processing timelines on the various websites are fairly accurate. In other words don't hold your breath,

No my lawyer sent off another letter to the Texas service center requesting to upgrade the I130 then also the I129F to who ever for the K3. So it was 2 seperate letters.. My Natz cert was attached to both.. i hope something happens fast..
