I130 Timeline/ Process
Can anyone please help. My wife and children were refused visa extension in UK, the went back to Texas in January, we have started the process of me moving there. Can anyone tell me estimated times and process, about 40 days ago my wife received I130 approval and that the files were being sent to the US Embassy in London. Just anything would be a help, I miss them so much and it's killing me not hearing anything at the momment.

No one can say for sure, but perhaps 6 to 8 months is a good average waiting time from start (filing the I-130) to finish (having immigrant visa in hand).
