I need a legal answer....
I had filled a motion to reopen my I-485 which has been has been denied because I failed to provide a co- sponsor with I-864. The motion has been recieved since the check has been cashed.
I understand that this can take a long time to be reviewed, my question is, I am planning to move to FL. Do I need to re fill a new I-485 and a I-765 in Florida or I am better off filling a change of address form and wait for NJ to re-consider my motion. Which way I am better off so my status can be process quickly, please note that I am without the EAD and is hard to be without a job in the country. Also how can I inquire about my motion, can I walk in?, can I call?, or write to the officer?.
