i need help quick . ds-230 pt 1

Default i need help quick . ds-230 pt 1

my fiance overstayed in 93-94 more than 180 days less than a year .
she also had a job illegally that she did not need false papers for
(nanny) . will this be a problem at the interveiw at the consulate ?
visa approved and sent to consulate aug 1st . she is applling through
finland.what should she put down on the ds-230 pt 1 form? i have 10
years of relationship stuff .

Is it possible for you to contact an immigration lawyer before completing the DS-230? I think it would be a good idea for you to take some legal advise because of the overstay and illegal employment - you may need to file a waiver but really a lawyer is the only person who can know all your circumstances and be sure of that.
