My I- 140 was approved in Feb 2001. We are processing I485. We did our finger
print at the end of July 2001. My wife and I got the "employment authorization
card" lately.
She didn't work for several years since she was under H4. she didn't have much
interest to work for somebody. But she wants to create a web site (business
corporation) as her living. Can we do that now? Or we have to wait until our I-485
approved? Thanks. Michael

If your wife has an EAD card and a Social Security number, she can legally work in
