So surely it is only right and proper for her to expect to be treated differently from ordinary mortals?

You raise a very important issue.. some people who are too busy to deal with iimigration yet have time to post complete piles of bollocks on websites do need extra consideration.
I am a wiser man because of your wisdom Elvira!

And you are so educated that you didn't get that I went to local USCIS
office 5 weeks after the AOS application was turned in. I was told
that the info in databse would be used. (That should be the correct
birth date as the correspondence form NVC had the correct birth date on
it.) Also, I was instructed to tell to the officer during the AOS
interview. Not only that the officer noticed it himself, he looked at
the original birth certificate and made the correction. Still USCIS
couldn't get their act together. I am inclined to think that they did
that intentionally. They won't let people change their name but when
people filed with the wrong birth date, they used that wrong birth
date? F88k'n excuse me for being angry.
As for not reading what the paralegal typed, why was I paying them big
bucks, if they wouldn't read from the form they made me fill for my
personal info and the lawyer wouldn't pass the info to the paralegal I
specifically told her during the initial consultation to make sure
about the birth date.
If I have time, I would be demanding that they return my payment.
FYI, the day I signed the form at 1:30 PM was the day I had a final
exam at 4:30PM. Yes, I was VERY busy and that's why I got the f**k'n
lawyer to do the work. It wasn't anything I couldn't do myself and
would have done better.

Your incompetent analysis only shows how dumb you are. When oeen is
sitting in front of the computer all day long, how much work does it
take to post on google unlike having to fill the f**k'n I-90, make
xerox copies of birth date, passport, get them notarized, and then send
take it to the post office and send with certified mail.
You people are such idiots. If you think you got wise, you are being
delusional.
