I AM APPROVED!!.. Yes Utopia.. it's my I-130!! LOL
Hey everyone!!
Guess what? My I-130 has been approved today! WOOOO!!, as you know.. I contacted my congressman regarding my I-765, 7 days later it was approved
, I asked him if he could find out what was going on with my I-130 (everyone who filed around my time was getting approved but me!.. Yes I was jealous lol) so he did.. and 6 days later I have got the approval (Jaime you rock man!!
), I am flipping out!! I am so happy yay yay!!.
I would like to take the IV route but I don't think that's gonna be possible.. Mark, Lexi and I are going to Spain for Christmas (December 20-January 8th) but I doubt my I-130 will reach Madrid on time.. even if it did.. it would still take a while for them to schedule an interview, I also want to renew my passport because it expires next March.. I know I know.. I want to get done way too much stuff at once LOL.. I was just thinking out loud!!

The I-485 is approved AT the interview (or when your background check is complete). The I-130 is approved simultaneously if it was filed at the same time as the I-485.
As for it being cold out, Hyper... its cold here too! Colder here than it was in Canada over the weekend!!! Brrr

Seattle office accepts I 485 filing while I 130 is pending. It varies from State to State.

How cold is it?, It's 39 F here, Our highest today will be 45.. then at night the temperature will drop to 26!, I like cold weather though
I have the feeling.. romen soup is gonna be handy today lol, It's about the only meal I can cook
