I-94 queston
Hi,
I just recently renew my H1-B Visa. I have my I-94 re-issued when the
H1-B was approved. My son's I-94 has expired, since he come to the
country together with me. What are the forms that I need to file, to
get a new I-94 for my son.
Thanks.

Re: I-94 queston
Unfortunately, it really is too late already. An application for extension
of status needs to be filed before the status expires. In the case of an
H-1B, you would usually do that together with your own renewal.
Your son is out of status right now. If it has been less than six months,
or if he is younger than 18, then he needs to leave the US on the very
next flight you can get and apply for an H-4 visa at a US consulate in his
country of citizenship. If it has been more than six months, hire an
immigration attorney (actually, you should do this anyway).
