I-864 question
Hi guys,
I have a quick question regarding the part 1 of the I-864 form.
My US citizen wife will be filing along with her mother as a joint sponsor.
My question is more for clarity - my wife will check the box 1.a because she is the petitioner, and my mother in law will check box 1.d as the only joint sponsor.
Am I correct in this?
