Finally my interview date is near and I have a quick question re the I-864 for my wife who is the petitioner. We are currently both living here in the UK and have been for the last 9 years but moving to USA in June /July. We bought a house last year and are attaching deed and HUD 1 as proof of re establishing domicile. My wife has a job in USA commencing August 1st ( offer letter will aso be attached as proof of re establishing domicile) but is currently still working here. Because her job is a new job and not transferred from the UK we have a joint sponsor who has completed an I-864 for us. My wife has filed tax returns for all of the years she has worked and lived here and these will obviously be attached to her I-864.
On my wife's I-864 do we need to put her current income as she will still be working in UK until the end of May , even though it can not be used to show her financial support for me?
