I-864 query
In Part 1 of form I-864, would DHS/USCIS recognize my wife (very recently married) as using her married name or maiden name?

I-864 is not something that gets submitted on its' own, it goes along with something else - like a DS-230 immigrant visa application or an I-485 application to adjust status.
What name is she going to use on the primary application? Use the same on the I-864.
