I-765 EAD application
Hi,
I am a K1 visa holder. I have some questions on how to complete this
form.
Q14. Manner of Last Entry (Visitor, Student)
I put K1 fiancee visa
Q15. Current Immigration Status (Visitor, Student)
Can I put K1 fiancee visa again?
Q16. Go to Part 2 f the instructions. Eligibility Catorgories. In the
space below place the letter and number of the category you selected
from the instructions
there are 3 bracketed spaces. I put a6 and c9.
Am I correct?
The documents accompanying the form will be a copy of !-9, 2 passport
style photos and fee.

Current Immigration status is Pending Adjustment of Status
K-1 does not entitle you to the one year EAD. As Rene said, your category is (c)(9).
Also it is not a renewed EAD but a first time EAD you are applying for when you get to that question.

However, are you sure I do not need to put a6, because under family
based non-immigrant categories, K1 non immigrant fiancee of U.S.
Citizen - a 6.
Shall I put a6 and c9 just to be safe?

To be safe? Well, it's a sure way to get your application denied!
You are not applying for an EAD as a K1. You are applying as an
applicant for adjustment of status.

You are applying for your EAD on the basis of your concurrent I-485/AOS application
