I-765 - which category?

I-765 - which category?

I am about to file for my AOS (currently a K-1 holder and now married!) and need to apply for my 1 year EAD.

Am I correct in thinking that the category would be (c) (9) since I have already filed and recieved the 90 day card (under a6)?

Thanks for any help... just want to make sure I get it right!

Correct. You are not applying for a renewal EAD but the first one. The temporary 90 day EAD does not count.

Your filing category is (c)(9) based on filing of form I-485
