Hi Ashgirl and haley:

Just on a curious note -- what makes youll feel that an interview is on the way?
I was told by a very exp. immigration consel that interviews are mandatory for all waivers of a particular region. They are seen like evil regions by the service center.
My fingers crossed for your approval without an interview.

To Ashgirl: I guess you havent crossed my thread few days ago. I just got approval for orignal joint 751. here is the link: http://britishexpats.com/forum/showthread.php?t=626408

Well, while approval is supposed to be celebrated by most of people here, mine brought me so many headaches. I dont know it should be considered joy or sadness ..... a worriness maybe.

while I was moving to somewhere else, worrying on how to gather all evidences about my marriage (cuz most of it was destroyed or kept by my ex) and was busy with consulting lawyers concerning my case ..... boom ...... 2 weeks later of biometric appointment done, I got approval letter

I dont know what to share with you, Ashgirl. just got so many headaches when thinking bout all this stuff

To Lostlove: I thought the interview is a must for every waiver cases. I didnt know it just apply for some specific area. thats why we both think we r gonna have the interview ..... just don't know when since waiver cases seem to take longer than usual

Hello everyone,

I am here back to update my case. I just had an interview yesterday for my I-751 waiver. During my interview she asked question about my previous marriage, write down some of my statements and after that she approved my case and she said "you will receive your card after 6 months or more" and she put a stamp on my passport that valid until august. And now I would like to say thank you so much for those members and moderator who gave me some good advice and for those people who shared their experienced on this website I learned a lot from you guys . Again, thank you very much

Congratulations. Wanna bet the card arrives in about a month? You're right ... Happy Valentine's Day from the USCIS.
