Hi Ashgirl.
That's correct ,you don't have to do anything, you've done your part for now. Now just wait for the biometrics appt. after that all you have to do is wait, either for Rfe (request for more evidence) if USCIS ask for some more documents. Or interview appointment. You might get lucky and be one of those that will get approve without an interview. Just wait and see You can find my I-751 waiver interview post on here. Again, wishing you the best with your case. Best wishes Milan.

Re: I-751 waiver interview coming up
Hey ashgirl,
My situation is almost the same as yours. I am on the I751 waiver right now and just had biometric appointment done on thursday last week. I also don't have much evidences to show since my ex have been living with his parents and when we got married, we lived in their house too. His family -of course - was by his side and denied to help me writing letters to prove our good faith marriage for removing my GC condition. After divorce, my ex made my life as miserable as I couldn't imagine how he could do something like that. He kept and stole all my papers from marriage eveidences to my GC and passport ... everything since he knew that if I have those evidences, I can prove our marriage to USCIS. I didnt even have an ID with me when I was kicked out from his house. He even acused me of fraud marriage and threatened me that he would do anything to have me sent back to my country. If he do it, my case will have much trouble. But anyway, he did it and right now i try to be positive about life and this waiver case as well.
I try to gather as much as evidences I had and I can think of. dont know how long will it take for waiver case right now. but hope it will not be long like Milan's and others. Be prepared and positive, Ashgirl. Once you dont do anything wrong, don't be scared
