Possibly a question that has been answered before, but a search of the forum did not find the answer. Timeline to date:
6 Sep 07: I-751 Packet Mailed
7 Sep 07: I-751 Packet arrives Vermont
11 Sep 07: I-797 Notice of Action, I-751 received, Green Card extened for 1 year
26 Sep 07: I-797 Notice of Action, Biometric Appointment notice received for 16 Oct 07
16 Oct 07: Attended Boimetrics Appointment
Question: I noticed today on the status that "Last Update Date" is 17 Oct 07. Does this imply that the biometrics taken on the 16th went in?
I ask, as I had to travel form the Middle East to DC to get them taken and I do not want to have to do that again as it was expensive. On a positive note, the biometrics appointment gave me an excuse (not that I need one) to visit my wife!
