I-751 and travel abroad

My wife will be filing her I-751 (petition to remove conditional status
on green card) on May 1st. She hopes to travel to Colombia in August.
Can she travel while this is pending?

Yes. She needs to carry her expired green card plus the extension letter from USCIS.
