Default I-751 Questions...

Hi,

It's about time to gather all the documents required for filing I-751.
I have a couple of questions:

(1) Did you guys send a personal check OR money order? And is it
payable to USINS or USCIS??? (I'm kind of confused whether to use INS
or USCIS)

(2) Along with necessary documents, did you choose to include photos
from recent family gatherings when you mailed your application?

Thanks for all your help.

Personal check is better so you could track when they cash it to have an idea that they receive and are processing etc... is very hard to track money orders...

It should be payable to USCIS....

Include pictures specially those after he was grantes conditional gc..

We used a personal check for the VSC. Did include a total of 3 photographs. Scanned them into the system (didn't have digital camera at the time) and printed them out in color. No family included, only my husband and I (at the Tulip Festival in Ottawa) one of us and two of the tulip displays.

We were approved without interview.

Thanks for all your responses!

Based on what I've been reading here, I guess there's nothing more my
husband and I can do but apply for the Removal of Conditions-- and
WAIT.

Thanks again.

I sent a personal check to BCIS and actually wanted to write it to
USCIS. It was cashed anyway
