Default I-751 Question

We submitted our I-751 but were in such a hurry to get it mailed that we forgot to sign it! So it has been returned and we have signed it. My question is, do we have to mark the envelope as a resubmission? and do we mail back the packet with the paper requesting our signatures on top?

A similar thread turned up during a search but there was only one answer and it didn't seem very accurate to me.

Thanks a million,

Thanks a million,

I don't think you need to mark the envelope as a resubmission. I think it would be a good idea to include the paper that requested your signatures, just so they know the history when they open it at USCIS. Don't forget to keep a copy of everything (including their letter) for your files. Send it back via a trackable method.

This isn't going to make it go past the due date, is it?

the RFE people put it in the bottom left corner of the envelope. In big letters. In red pen (hey, can't overstate the obvious to the mail room...)

haha yes! thank you, i've put it in big capitals (red pen) on bottom left.

I think we are in the window of time, getting close though. Jan 18th is the final day. It should be processed (again) by that time surely? better get it in before they go on their Christmas vacation!

thanks again
