I-751 Processing Time @ TSC
A friend of mine applied for I-751 on January 16th, 2006 and got the conditions removed on March 10th, 2006 (~54 days).
I sent in my I-751 package on March 21st 2006 and received NOA on March 24th. Its been 84 days from the time i sent in the package and have not heard anything yet.
The processing time at www.bcis.gov indicates that they are processing cases filed on 02/06/06 (Updated 05/22/06). It will take about 6 more weeks before they get to my case per the website.
Is the website a reliable source? Also, does any one know why the processing times vary so much....is it case by case?
Appreciate all your responses,
Thanks

Re: I-751 Processing Time @ TSC
Hello SS,
I sent mine last week of April and got a NOA in the first week of MAY.
In one of the previous posts I saw someone who got approved in the last
week of April. I believe he applied sometime in Jan or FEB but I will
check the older posts once again.
>From what I understand after reading a lot of posts on 751 in this
group , 751 are low priority as we still maintain the GC status, but I
believe TSC is averaging around 3 months to process them.
Anybody else who applied in Feb or later got any approvals?

I am also awaiting I-751 approval at TSC. (They got my package April 10th and the NOA is dated for the same day and took a couple of weeks for it to reach me.)
Although I still look at those dates on the website, I've come to learn that it's like Russian Roulette, and you never know what they're logic is.
A watched pot never boils and it made me crazy the last time I watched one!!!
