Default I-751 moving

I am eligible to file I-751 for removal of conditions on my green card next week (11/23/05). I am right now in CA but due to my job I will be moving to OH in 2 weeks. I am confused on whether to move to OH and then file I-751 or file I-751 in CA, move to OH and then file A-11.

Filing in OH looks like a better idea but I have to wait for few more weeks before I have the supporting documents at the new address. The problem with this is we will be staying in corporate housing and we cannot produce any bills or lease documents that have our names except for the bank statements with the new address.

Do I need to also include the lease documents, utility bills and bank documents from my new address or since I have all the documents from my previous address will those be sufficient?

Is there a difference in processing between from CSC and NSC?

please advise.

Thanks!

I would do anything possible to avoid moving during this process so as not to change service centers, read about a lot of cases getting lost like this.

Good luck!!

WHere in OH you going?

You still have to file an AR-11 and your financial sponsor if that is your spouse has to file and I-865.

You don't need leases, bills, etc. with the Ohio address. Have your employer give you a letter stating you have been transferred to Ohio as of such and such date and that they are housing you and your spouse at their corporate apartments until private housing is secured. Include all the other documentation you have from the last two years.

If it were me, I would file from Ohio and not California if only to save the worry of the approval or any notices going to the wrong address.
