I-751 Evidence: What to collect?
Hi all,
Long time no talk to!! I'm sure people have asked this question tonnes of times, but I couldn't find what I was looking for via a search (guess I didn't use the right keywords).
What type of documents/evidence are required when one goes to file the I-751? I'm assuming give copies of the typical: joint bills, beneficiary info, loan docs, joint taxes..basically the same crap one sends in for the I-485. But is there anything else on top of that one needs? Just trying to start collecting the stuff and keep it organized...even tho we have a year before it needs to be filed.
Thanks everyone!!
Cheers,
Jamie
PS: And before anyone says something, no I have not completely read the instructions for the I-751 yet.

Well there you go ;-)
Yes, basically the same criteria but for the two years inbetween residency and filing. So start saving vacation photos, holiday cards and envelopes, leases, mortgages, etc.
Good to see you again.
