The refiling was done last year itself within 30 days of denial, I had received the yr extension notice and now I received my biometrics case. I hadn't update the thread in a while, thats why you didn't see about the refiling process.

Just wanted to update all of you, so finally i believe at least my I751 long and stressful saga is over, can't believe it had been going on for sooo long.

I had my interview @ NY office on 6th June, finally got an email today that they have ordered the card for production, I didn't an approval email or letter in the mail, but i believe production is after approval.. My lawyer also confirmed that this means approval and finally done, So once again thank you as always for answering all the questions that I had.

IF any one has any questions please feel free to ask me..

I think a few things...

LOL first and foremost though i dont like to blame my lawyer everytime, but i think that is inevitable.. so
1) My lawyer this time was very helpful, very attentive and gave attention to details
2) Preparation of file
3) Preparation of interview
4) My Readiness over all was good this time

I was surprised when IO just asked me in all 2 questions because my file for evidence was pretty thick.. 1 question was why did the marriage not work and 2nd question was what happened in the last interview, i answered both of them calmly, explained to IO last time, I was really stressed and ended up saying yes to questions which I didnt mean to, I wasn't thinking right.

She said she wanted to review my evidence and complimented my lawyer for being so well prepared, my lawyer insisted about reviewing additional affidavits which were not there first time, so she liked the fact that my lawyer wanted to bring my case in front, and thats it 3 weeks later today i get my email...I am sooo relieved cant tell you guys enough!
