I-751 Biometrics question
Hi All,
My husband is at the point of filing his I-751 but is not sure if/why he would have to do his biometrics again? He did them during his K1 visa application process, or for his adjustment of status/work authorization (after we got married). We’re a bit confused because the checklists says you need your biometrics and includes the fee. We doubt it’s necessary to do it again. Can anyone clarify? Do we need to include anything about having done this in our application?
Thanks for your time!

Re: I-751 Biometrics question
What you have to realize is that a person can commit an offense during the years between biometrics for services asked of USCIS and this is how they are cleared for receiving said benefits. You might know your husband is squeaky clean but the USCIS and Homeland Security does not and then want to ensure that that is the case. You want the benefit, the fee is the cost, unfortunately.
