I-751 app keeps going...and going
We filed with the TSC in June of 2003 and got a NOA in June of this year.
Then there was a request for additional information in July or August.
After that, nothing. So, I had my Congressman's office see where things
stand. The response they got from the Atlanta Field Office is that the
application is now in their hands and they are working on I-751's from
January of 2003. When they say that, should I assume that represents the
date of original application? They didn't explain it in their reply. If so,
this really sucks. It means we are probably another five months out before
we know anything.
