Default I-751

Its time to fill in my I-751 to remove conditions on residences.I came here on a K1 marriage based visa. I have been married for just over 2yrs now and all is well in my world. I have scoured the USCIS website to find out what we need to send, but my husband and I are a little confused as to how many of the I-751 forms need to go to USCIS. I believe there should be 3...one for me one for my son(K2 visa) and also one from my husband as the USC who sponsored me. My husband says its only one form.

Can anyone shed a light on this, and also should there be supporting evidence sent with the forms or not?

Thanks

I know for sure the USC does NOT fill out a separate I-751. I know for sure that YOU do. I am not sure about your son, whether he rides on your I-751 or whether he needs his own.

The I-751 instructions are pretty clear on what supporting evidence needs to be sent. Have you read the instructions yet?

I suspect that she hasn't, because conditional resident children is one of the items that is addressed in the first section.
