Default I-751

My PR card will be expired on Nov 3, 2008. So can I start to fill out the form I-751 now?
In the address section of the Form I -751...what does "In Care Of(C/O)" mean?

Many thanks

Has it been 2 years minus 90 days from the time you became a PR?

c/o means "in care of". It's used if the address you provide is not your own, but for example you are staying with family or friends at their address.

Hi:

You have that correct. Do note that an I-751 is designed to be sent to a different address if needed in the abused spouse process.
