Default I-751

Hi,

I have no kids. In the form I-751 I should fill in N/A or just leave it blank?

Thanks

I wouldn't leave it blank. In the 'name' column for the children I would
clearly write:

(NONE) or even
(NO CHILDREN) to be even more explicit.

Good luck.

When we were filing, we had all the same questions, so we called the customer service line to ask.

I wouldn't leave ANYTHING blank if I were you.

Make it very clear what you mean.

No kids? Put "NONE"

Same address as above? write it out anyways

being redundant doesn't get you punished with the BCIS/INS...

(1) We left Part 6 blank. Since it says "Complete if you are requesting a waiver on joint filing et. etc.....
It obviously did not apply to us.

(2) Mailing address if different from residence: N/A

You must be looking at a different version of the form. The version on the
website (5/26/02) says (sorry for the lousy formatting):

"Part 6. Signature. Read the information on penalties in the instructions
before completing this section. If you checked block " a"
in Part 2, your spouse must also sign below.
I certify, under penalty of perjury under the laws of the United States of
America, that this petition and the evidence submitted with it is all true
and correct. If
conditional residence was based on a marriage, I further certify that the
marriage was entered into in accordance with the laws of the place where the
marriage
took place and was not for the purpose of procuring an immigration benefit.
I also authorize the release of any information from my records that the
Immigration and Naturalization Service needs to determine eligibility for
the benefit sought.
Signature Print Name Date
Signature of
Spouse
Print Name Date
Please note: If you do not completely fill out this form or fail to submit
any required documents listed in the instructions, you cannot be found
eligible for
the requested benefit and this petition may be denied."

You absolutely right. I was looking at a photocopy of our own petition, which was filed on the earlier version of I-751. I'm beginning to wonder if the OP is looking at the earlier form also. The revised version is very explicit about Part 6.
