I-485 question
So we sent off our AOS a few days ago, and I was looking over the I-485 form, the new one that we sent, and it's made me second guess myself.
One of the questions asks if you're applying for adjustment based on the INA section 245(i). I ticked no to this, anyone got any insight?

LOL ... I would have to google it to find the answer but doubt that would pertain to you.
Okay result of google is that it is a provision under the LIFE Act. Not you.
