Take every question at face value: the last place you arrived into the US was Boston, MA: therefore list that, not Dublin.

If memory serves me correctly, you have to include a copy of the annotated visa in your passport and that will tell them where your inspection was done. As both Rene and KOH said, Boston is your arrival city. Dublin was your departure city.
