I-134.....what does that mean?
The item 2 in the I-134 says
**
That I am ___years of age and have resided in the United States since (date) _______________
**
I am a born U.S. Citizen. But i have lived for 2 years in one country and for 15 years in another country. But now i live in USA. In USA, I lived together 5 years( 4 years in my childhood and 1 year now)
I am now 22 years old.
Could anybody please suggest me what I should fill in the second blank in item 3 in the I-134.
Thanks so much in advance.

Since the last time you entered to live in the US.
You don't adjust the date to account for multiple periods of living in
