i-134 questions (K3)
Hello...I am filling out the i-134 for my husband's k-3 visa interview, and
i have a few questions.
On question number three, it asks for who will be joining the applicant. It
has a section for spouse. Well I am the spouse, but I am already here in
the USA...so should i put NONE in that block??
On question number 8, I have 2 daughters who live with me. However, their
father pays me child support and takes them for visits ocassionally. Are
the partially dependant or wholly dependant??
Finally, on question number 10, should i write where i have filed the i-130
and date it was filed...and also list the i-129f (k-3 visa) application and
date filed??
