Hello.... I am wondering what I need to request from the INS. Is the
Tax Return Transcript what I need or do I need the Tax Account
Information which shows payments and tax adjustments on your account??

Karla,

Most people request the transcript that shows line items with an amount; or
you can request for a copy of the actual return filed if you can afford to
wait that long. What is the tax account information? Is this also from the
IRS or are you referring to the SSA? The SSA has tax payment information
also.
